Nixon Electrical Service LTD. was founded in 1994 by Dale Nixon, as a one-man service company working in the oil patch in Alberta. Dale's values were then as they are today: customer service, hard work, and safety. Once Dale and his wife Patty-Jo started to expand their family, they looked for work closer to Moosomin, SK. They started working out of a single-car garage in the back alley behind their house and as the customer base grew and the next few years passed, Dale saw the need to hire employees to keep up with the demand.
The business continued to grow throughout the years but the core values always remained the same. In 2004, even after a couple of additions to the single-car garage, they could no longer fit in the back alley location. So, they purchased the shop which is now our main location at 608 Cook Road in Moosomin, SK.
The years 2005-2008 showed a huge growth period for the company as there were crews on job sites all across the province.
In 2010, we opened up our first branch in Yorkton, SK and the guys hit the ground running working there!
In 2013, opportunity knocked in the Humboldt, SK area and we opened up a branch there as well.

Fully Licensed and Insured
All of our employees are either Apprentice or Journeyperson electricians. Our apprentices work closely under our journeyperson employees and our safety advisor to provide the highest quality and safe work. We are COR Certified and are registered with ISNetworld.
